Pennsylvania Personal Injury Lawyer

Joe Chapman is the firm’s most recent addition, having received his juris doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in 2008. Joe completed his class work at night while managing an insurance business and then working full-time at Schmidt Kramer. He earned two academic awards and graduated cum laude. Before becoming an attorney, Joe was an insurance agent/broker for more than a decade. He sold his insurance agency and now contributes his experience to the Schmidt Kramer team of lawyers. After joining the firm in January 2007, Joe apprenticed with the Schmidt Kramer attorneys on their cases in the Courts of Common Pleas surrounding the Harrisburg Area, and in Pennsylvania's Appellate courts. Joe is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Joe received a B.A. in history, with a minor in business from Eastern Nazarene College, Quincy, Massachusetts, in 1995. He is a native of Union County, Pennsylvania, and was previously a member of the Distribution Committee of the Union County United Way and was an Officer and Member of the Board of Directors for the Mifflinburg Buggy Museum.
